Marwand Nazary
Marwand Nazary is a US American, born in New York and raised in Dallas Texas. She studied law at the Allbert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg and at the Westfälische Wilhelms University of Münster (First State Exam). She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf.
Marwand advises in national and international contract and commercial law, especially in matters relating to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. In addition, she represents her clients in civil court proceedings. She has experience advising on broad issues concerning corporate law, in particular business start-ups in the Middle East. She also focuses her practice on cross-border issues regarding US legal matters.
